– escheat apartments,
– lonely people,
– absent people,
– deceased,
– promptly and illegally provide information about utility bills and the number of registered ones.
In the course of their work, FSB officers recorded the transfer of such information from all MFCs of TiNAO and Troitsky District, Fili-Davydkovo, Zyuzino, Nagatinsky Zaton.
Information is sent in two ways:
– private correspondence between employees in instant messengers with realtors and funeral directors (photo of an open database).
– in the MFC working groups there are telephone numbers of unauthorized persons.
– email. According to the scheme: official mail mos.ru – personal email of the employee – email of the interested party.
The cost of one request varies from 500 to 5 thousand rubles (online transfer, but more often cash)
The vice-mayor was asked to selectively dismiss the heads of the MFC, the heads and deputies of the civil registry office and housing and communal services departments, and give the rest a rotation.
Otherwise, measures will be taken through the FSB.
