As a source of the Cheka-OGPU said, in St. Petersburg, Vyacheslav Igorevich Grushin, a “fixer” from the Moscow Department of Health, was detained for giving a bribe to an official. He acted as charge d’affaires of one of the officials of the Moscow Health Department with the beautiful name and patronymic Alexey Ivanovich, namely, he was engaged in lobbying for leadership positions in various medical institutions in Moscow – the positions of chief doctors. Due to the huge funding of Moscow healthcare organizations, which allows chief doctors, using their official position, to receive kickbacks and enter into lucrative contracts for the supply of drugs and related products to hospitals.
In narrow circles of doctors, the story of the planned appointment of a young doctor Gasimov to the position of chief physician of clinic No. 68 in Moscow for a very impressive sum, about 12 million rubles, has become a sensation. Vyacheslav Grushin acted as an intermediary in obtaining a place. Currently, the head of the medical institution is still Mrs. Natalya Nikolaevna Kuzenkova, the wife of a representative of one of the law enforcement agencies of Moscow. Perhaps, thanks to his actions, the “fixer” Grushin ceased to exist. This is not the only episode; the investigation is in full swing.
