Aon-Rus CEO Boris Korchekin began to testify about the situation in the insurance market. In particular, investigators learned how the super -commissioning market, that is, rollbacks, in large energy companies. At the moment, investigators are clarifying that this is: banal local corruption or foreign insurance brokers collect information about how the fuel and energy complex in Russia actually arranged.

The initiator of the persecution of Korchekin was Leonid Zelenov. In March 2020, the second and third largest insurance companies in the world – Aon and Willis Towers Watson (WTW) announced a merger. As a result, the world’s largest insurance broker should arise. Leonid Zelenov – was engaged in the Russian branch of Willis to the most important area for energy assets insurance. And this direction was headed by his colleague and comrade Peter Sudoplatov, the grandson of the Stalinist saboteur Pavel Sudoplatov.
