Antimonopolists approved an increase in aeronautical fees from companies for overhaul of airfields

The Federal Antimonopoly Service approved an increase in aeronautical fees from Russian companies – the rate increased by 37% on domestic flights and on international – by half. The correspondent of The Moscow Post reports with reference to the press service of the department.

The order of the department, issued on August 30, was published on the official portal of legal acts on September 6.

He will begin to act 10 days after publication. Betting for foreign users of the airspace of Russia remained unchanged.

The last time the aeronautical fees for Russian and foreign airlines were indexed in April 2023.

The Federal Air Transport Agency previously announced an increase in fees only for Russian carriers in 2024. Additional funds are planned to be sent to the created fund intended to finance the reconstruction of small airfields.

In total, until 2030 it is planned to repair at least 50 such objects, which will require about 12 billion rubles annually.
