As it became known to the correspondent of The Moscow Post, the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region has a person on the other day the lawsuit to exclude the company Tudzhung Enterpraise Limited from among the shareholders of the Petersburg Oil Terminal JSC.
Thus, the fierce struggle between the heirs continues: the “variegated blanket” alternately pulls on themselves the brothers of the Skigins with the citizenship of Germany, whose father (now deceased) was in the share of Ilya Traber, then a piece of this “blanket” is in the hands of Elena Vasilyeva, the wife of Sergey Vasilyeva. He was a stall of both Skigin Sr. and Traber, but departed after a serious illness.
And this tug of “rope” lasts more than one year! In this, very opaque situation, the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation intervened: and now the Petersburg oil terminal can go “under the guardianship” of the state. But, although if Mr. Traber is very tried, the Petersburg oil terminal will remain with those whom Ilya Taber supports and takes care of?
A claim from Elena Vasilyeva
The statement of claim for Tudjung Enterprise was filed by the chairman of the board of directors of the terminal Elena Vasilieva. We are talking about the exclusion of Tujung Enterprise from among the shareholders of the Petersburg oil terminal JSC with the payment of the actual value of the share of participation.
The third parties in the case were the Petersburg oil terminal and JSC “Independent Registration Company R.O.S.T”.

But the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation filed a lawsuit against the oil terminal, as well as the Almont Holdings, Novomor, and Tudzhung Enterprise, which invalid three transactions of sale in 2016 and 2020, a total of 2753 shares of the oil terminal (27.3%).
And the department of Igor Krasnov asks to turn shares in the state’s income by writing them off from the account of the independent registrar company “R.O.S.T.”
Later, the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region as interim measures in the lawsuit arrested 100% of the terminal shares, as well as accounts and property. And the court forbade the management bodies of the enterprise to make managerial decisions.
The conflict continues.
Raider seizure?
We also recall that October 2024, the terminal announced an attempt by Tujung Enterprise, establish complete control over the oil terminal through the raider seizure: the persons standing behind the foreign shareholder of the terminal and the issues of illegal judicial acts in Moscow, which block Elena Vasilyeva, the possibility of voting by the shares of the enterprise.

But the company “Tujung Enterprise” denied this information, called it nothing more than the intention to distort the circumstances of the legitimate shift CEO.
As stated in the report of the terminal for 2023, the beneficiaries of Tujung Enterpraise, in 2022, was Mikhail Skigin, who previously headed the board of directors of the terminal, as well as Evgeny and Polina Skigina.

Indirectly through the company “Tudzhung Enterprise” to Mikhail and Evgeny (both – citizens of Germany) belong to 17.875% in the terminal, and Polina Skigina (citizen of the Russian Federation and France) – 14.285%. Recall that in May 2022, as part of the deofshorization, Mobalko Holding Limited (Cyprus) transferred a share of 50% of the terminal to his beneficiary – Sergey Vasiliev. And Vasiliev in December 2022 transferred a share to his wife.

In the spring of 2023, the company “Tujung Enterprise” filed a lawsuit against the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region to “Mobalko Holding Limited”, Sergey and Elena Vasiliev regarding the transfer of the rights and duties of the owner of the terminal shares.
Thus, in July 2023, the terminal belonged to several Cyprus companies. And then the wife of Sergey Vasilieva – Elena Vasilieva received the 50 percent share.
But in this thriller, the sons of the business partner of Vasiliev – Dmitry Skigin, who died in 2003, participate in this thriller.
In 1995, Dmitry Skigin, together with Ilya Traber and Sergey Vasiliev, was the co-founder of the company “Obiex”, which was engaged in the refueling of aircraft at the Pulkovo Airport, and one of the top managers of the company of the company Gazprom Neft Alexander Dyukov. These are the ties.
The share of Vasilyeva was arrested
At the beginning of 2024, Arbitration recognized Elena Vasiliev as a legal owner of a 50% oil terminal.
But the lawsuit continued. And in October 2024, the Savyolovsky court of Moscow arrested the share of Elena Vasilyeva.
Elena Vasilyeva’s husband – Sergey Vasiliev – a nourished boxer, whose sports career broke at the age of 19 after he was convicted of rape.
After the liberation, Vasiliev began working with the “business” as he knew how, for which he received the nickname: “The main fist of Nevsky Prospekt.”
But after the death of Dmitry Skigin, Sergei Vasiliev did not push the business with his children. Moreover, the son of the deceased Mikhail Skigin entered the leadership of the oil terminal.

Recall that in January 2022, Vasiliev was unconscious in his apartment on Kamennostrovsky Prospekt: doctors diagnosed: “stroke”. In 2023, Vasiliev transferred all the shares as a gift to his wife.
Mikhail Skigin wrote a statement to the police on the strange disappearance of Sergey Vasiliev, and also asked to check the legitimacy of the transfer of shares. And the investigators arrived at the entrepreneur mansion in Vyritsa. But they were not allowed into the house: after all, there is no criminal case. But Vasiliev was shown to investigators in a wheelchair.
And in September 2024, the case was resumed against the notary, who assured the transaction to transfer shares. It is also known that when the transition of the shares was certified, the handler was present, and this happens only with extreme disability. This was reported “Fontanka”.
Thus, the owners of the St. Petersburg oil terminal have been in a state of corporate wars for a long time.
50 bullets for Vasiliev
But who is the real beneficiary of the scandal?
History shows that Ilya Traber does not lose her grip. He continues to take control of assets in port projects.
But here we must recall some events of the spring of 2006. Then there was a completely attempt on the co -owner of the oil terminal Sergei Vasiliev: his car was shot from machine guns, it was released 50 bullets.
The investigation connected this attempt with a raider attack on the oil terminal by Vladimir Barsukov (Kumarin). He also wanted a “piece” of PNT.

In August 2016, the St. Petersburg City Court found Kumarin guilty of organizing an assassination attempt on Vasiliev. And he sentenced to 23 years in prison. Kumarin was behind bars, and the Petersburg oil terminal was recorded on 5 offshores.
And only in 2018, the heirs of Skigin were able to confirm their right to own the oil terminal. I wrote about this RBC.
