Another “special subject” was discovered in Moscow, waving a crust in front of the investigators’ noses. According to a source from the Cheka-OGPU, the capital’s Investigative Committee opened a case against the top manager of the State Corporation for Air Traffic Management Oleg Bekker. He is involved in a high-profile story about “dead souls” at the national air navigation services provider.

The investigation into Becker began with an anonymous letter that was sent back in 2021 to the head of the Federal Air Transport Agency. The denunciation stated that the state corporation has a whole list of employees close to the head, Igor Moiseenkov, who receive salaries and do not show up for work. This is the former chief district police officer of Moscow, Mikhail Pavlichuk, who found himself in the position of chief auditor. He “resolved issues with the police if complaints suddenly arose against Moiseenkov.” Together with him, Veronika Goncharova is the daughter of the ex-chief of the Security Service of Vnukovo Airport, Evgenia Zalivalova is the wife of the head of the department of the capital’s State Labor Inspectorate, Yulia Kopaeva is the daughter of an adviser to the apparatus of the Federation Council Committee on Defense and Security. Among them was the former magistrate of the Mytishchi district O.A. Becker, who is currently under Ukrainian sanctions.

According to the source, as part of the “dead souls” fraud case, investigators came to Becker’s home and searched it. But he not only did not allow anyone to enter the door, but also, thrusting the judge’s ID under the guests’ noses, began to threaten dismissals, criminal cases and prison. As a result, the “special subject” did not allow a proper search to be carried out. And only now it became clear that Bekker has not worn a robe since June 4, 2021, and did not hand in his judge’s certificate specifically in order to “resolve issues in favor of Moiseenkov.”
