How great was the surprise of the FSB officers when they discovered that Mr. Sikharulidze was a magistrate judge of the Presnensky District Court. These two criminals met while working together in the Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow. Moreover, in the work books of both of them there is an entry that they worked as assistants to the current chairman of the Khamovniki Court, Konstantin Pokhilko. Only Sokhadze went to the bar, and Sikharulidze began to move up the judicial ladder.
Law enforcement officers were even more surprised when they gained access to their phones: a gay home video featuring Alexander and Irakli surprised and amused the experienced operatives.
Sokhadze and Sikharulidze created a stable group, where one looked for clients or problematic situations, and the second, using his status, ensured the receipt of the necessary judicial acts and documents. Both are already making a deal with the investigation, promising to tell about all episodes of criminal activity in exchange for freedom. Victims from this couple are expected to report to the competent authorities with appropriate statements.
It is quite obvious that the chairman of the Khamovnichesky court, Konstantin Pokhilko, who runs the key court in the city, whose assistants were scammers, is also under serious attack. According to operatives, scammers have repeatedly advertised themselves as people capable of resolving any issue in the Khamovnichesky Court through “Kostyan,” as well as providing the necessary support in the Moscow City Court. The three of them were spotted together more than once, relaxing in various hot spots of the capital, and Sikharulidze more than once stated that his work as a magistrate was temporary and he was becoming a federal judge in the Khamovnichesky Court.
But the threads of the criminal case can go even higher. After all, Konstantin Pokhilko in the past worked for many years as an assistant to the second person in the Moscow judicial system, chairman of the qualification board of Moscow judges, deputy chairman of the Moscow City Court – Lyubov Ishmuratova. It was she who made Pokhilko the chairman of the court and Sikharulidze the magistrate. And it was precisely the relationship with her, albeit indirect, that allowed Sikharulidze to confidently announce his imminent transfer to the Khamovnichesky court.
Pokhilko regularly holds informal meetings with his patron, discussing current affairs and receiving tasks.
In turn, Ishmuratova is on friendly terms with the chairman of the Moscow Arbitration Court, Novikov. Was it not through this chain that the criminals received the necessary decisions of the arbitration court? How many judicial acts were purchased with the help of this group?
