After this appointment, not only Prigozhin, who knows about all the secrets of the work of the Bondarenko-Matyukhin connection, will be able to go wild, once again accusing the governor of corruption, as was already the case with the Zakhvatov brothers, but close attention may also arise from the Investigative Committee.
Let us recall that Bastrykin was very dissatisfied with the work of the KGIOP in St. Petersburg and even personally went out several times to sort out the corruption that led to the destruction of architectural monuments. For those who know St. Petersburg, it will be no secret that Matyukhina oversaw the companies patronized by Bondarenko. All these companies disgustingly renovated the historical buildings of St. Petersburg, and Matyukhina, as a confidant of the former vice-governor, ensured unhindered acceptance of work of any quality.
