Although it is unlikely that ZhSK under the houses of Lagutenko got just like that: according to rumors, he was sold for the UM-24 LLC for 50 million rubles. And the fact that the territory is pledged by a friend of Nozdrin confirms this. This is how the land under development in Saratov as a result is sold bypassing the budget, but in the interests of quite specific individuals who put 50 Lamam in a pocket out of the blue.
But these “specific persons” of investigators, unfortunately, are not interested. The case was instituted only against officials of the Saratov City Administration for almost no binding Part 1 of Art. 286 – the excess of official powers by which employees of the regional SK are not required to report to Moscow.
