The policeman will have to explain to the driver why he needed transport. He is also obliged to indicate the route and warn of liability in case of refusal. There will be the owner of the car at the wheel if there is no reason to remove it from driving.
“An employee who took advantage of the vehicle, at the request of the driver, issues him a certificate or makes an entry in a waybill with an indication of the duration of the trip, the distance, his last name, position, number of official certificates, names of the State Traffic Inspectorate (drill unit),” the document says. 
The chase is allowed only with the on -hand and sound signals turned on. To stop the offender, the road is allowed to block the road by trucks, but only if the actions of the attacker can harm people’s life and health.
These norms are not innovations. They are contained in the current order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 664 of 2017.
