The Cheka-OGPU continues to investigate the story of poaching bears and cubs in the Irkutsk region to supply their meat to restaurants in the capital, including the Lesnoy restaurant of Aras Agalarov and Grigory Leps. According to our information, to resolve the law enforcement problem, the Agalarovs used their connections in the Prosecutor General’s Office, and to create information silence, someone higher up. However, today our story is about something else. Still, Lesnoy is only a consumer of products obtained by poachers. And who organized this gigantic illegal business (if the meat went to restaurants, then the skins, paws, fat were smuggled to China).
To do this, let us turn to the correspondence of the leader of the group of poachers Nikiforov. The latter writes to a certain dispatcher about which animals were killed, and this dispatcher gives commands where to deliver the meat. Let’s say, roe deer goes to a restaurant in Irkutsk on Yadrintseva Street, and bear meat goes urgently to the airport for transportation to Moscow. In Nikiforov’s phone, the dispatcher is typed in like “Misha Reznik.” The Cheka-OGPU managed to identify this person. In reality, his name is Mikhail Igorevich Reznikov (presumably he is the one in the photo with a rifle) – the founder and general director of Baikal-Service LLC.
Let us remind you that the poachers were employees of the branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Roslesinforg” “Pribaikallesproekt” and went into the forest according to the technical assignment for forest inventory, while the customer was “Baikal-service”, and the contractor was “Pribaikallesproekt”.
Reznikov is clearly not a poor man. He owns a number of other companies, in particular Reserve LLC, which, right in the midst of poaching, leased a Rolls-Royce Cullinan from a Siemens subsidiary.
However, Mikhail Reznikov is interesting to others. According to one of the decisions of the Arbitration Court, he is the brother of Grigory Igorevich Reznikov, a recent deputy of the Irkutsk Duma from A Just Russia and a very prominent person in the region.
According to local media, Grigory Reznikov was convicted twice in his youth, then created a number of companies – Gregory Motors, Sprinter, etc. – who were engaged in the sale of cars, construction, etc. Reznikov also has a couple of companies registered in Moscow.
Irkutsk media claim that Grigory Reznikov is on good terms with ex-deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Irkutsk region Andrei Labygin, ex-mayor of Irkutsk, and now first deputy chairman of the government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Dmitry Berdnikov and head of the Economic Security and Internal Affairs Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Irkutsk region Pavel Gerasimov.
Therefore, when at the federal level the Agalarovs are engaged in “extinguishing” the story of poaching, and at the regional level – Reznikov, the chances that it will develop are equal to zero. Miracles don’t happen, right?
