Vdovin, according to the documents of a citizen of the Republic of Moldova, is transported by automobile routes from Moscow to Montenegro cash, “earned” by prosecutor Popov. To launder the cash, Bakanin’s company “Monte Energy Sun” and Doo “Aquatrol-Grahovo”, after uncomplicated manipulations, went on the construction of the Montenegrin estates.
