Right in the building of the Russian Embassy in Egypt, the head of the department not only brutally beat the subordinate, but also tried to strangle. But these are only flowers, and the berry of this story lies in the fact that the department itself is absolutely classified. So much so that even the name of the department cannot appear anywhere. The reason for beating is also not trivial. The head of the department of Kuznetsov demanded that Matveev’s subordinate to destroy (burn) documents with a “special importance” stamp, which Matveev simply did not have access. Without any legal truth to even touch these documents, Matveev refused, which caused a little explanable attack of rage at Kuznetsov. He began to demand to fulfill his assignment, regardless of whether it is legal or not. As a belief, fists went, and then a strangle of power.

At the embassy, ​​everyone gave explanations that, of course, Matveev’s right in that story. The attack on him is generally inexplicable. However, instead of conducting an investigation of an emergency, the embassy preferred to “hush up” the scandal, sending Matveev to Moscow. In Moscow, the history decided to “hush up” the Foreign Ministry. However, the employee beaten for the refusal to fulfill an illegal order continued the struggle for justice.

Matveev, through the Internet reception of the official website of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, announced the indicated crime (appeal number 722930), to which he received an answer from 07.20.2020, according to which this application was redirected to the Main Directorate of the IC of Russia according to the mountains. Moscow, from where, in the end, this statement, without registering and conducting any verification measures, was sent to the internal affairs bodies, namely, to the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Arbat of the Gor. Moskvy, where the district authorized birch bark, without holding any verification events issued a decision to refuse to institute criminal proceedings.
