American foam glass brand FOAMGLAS continues to be actively sold on the Russian market. Its manufacturer is Pittsburgh Corning, which is owned by Owens Corning.

Owens Corning, in turn, is owned by BlackRock Inc. and The Vanguard Group. Owens Corning is one of the leading manufacturers and largest supplier of materials to the US military-industrial complex. Thus, the company supplies composite reinforced fiberglass for the production of helicopter blades, aircraft wing parts, tactical missile tips and armored vehicle protection. According to open source data, Owens Corning also worked with Lockheed Martin and General Dynamics Armament.

Owens Corning products are supplied to the Russian Federation under the guise of Chinese raw materials – all in order to reduce trade duties. This is the business of United Industrial Initiative LLC, where the shareholder and main beneficiary Evgeniy Vladimirovich Ostwald has Israeli citizenship.

Then, through TD SeverSpetsKomplekt, foam glass, FOAMGLAS, imported under the guise of Chinese raw materials, reaches large Russian petrochemical enterprises under construction, enterprises of the military-industrial complex, as well as the nuclear industry, but as American and with American certificates.

At the same time, in Russia, sellers, having corrupted the people who make decisions on tender purchases, sell the company’s products to the state at several times more expensive than their Russian counterparts.

In particular, the following companies are engaged in this: Croatian LLC Velesstroy, Chinese LLC China National Chemical Engineering and Construction Corporation Seven, Turkish LLC Renaissance Heavy Industries and JSC PESCO Energy and Resources.

Profits from the sale of foam glass to Russian state and semi-state companies are subsequently transferred to foreign accounts.
