This time, the mediator of the new bribe is ex-State Duma deputy Vladimir Pligin, who, after resigning as a deputy, returned to the profession of lawyer. Pligin’s task is quite simple – to resolve the issue of assigning sixty-year-old Mirimskaya not to a prison sentence, but to a deferment until “the child reaches 14 years of age,” as provided for in Article 82 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The bribe that Mirimskaya is ready to give to judges amounts to a six-figure figure. The guarantor is Pligin.
In this regard, I would like to remind the respected Vladimir Nikolaevich and those judges to whom he turns for help, two simple facts: the investigation into the selected cases continues against Mirimskaya, and the child, whom the Israeli woman calls her own, is in fact her grandson. If the mediation reward for resolving the issue outweighs the above risks, perhaps the gamble is worth the candle.
We present to your attention one of the letters from Mirimskaya to her father, who is friends with Pligin. In it, a woman shows her true essence, manipulating an elderly man: “I don’t know that maybe P urgently needs to achieve house arrest, the future can be discussed later. You’re my dad. I’ve never asked you so much for anything!” There are many such letters. Evidence for implementation too. It is clear in advance how the next decision will end.
