The land has a medical purpose, but with the help of the almighty dad, who came to politics from the construction business, there is no doubt that anything can be built there. Also, several companies in Russia are registered to the deputy’s daughter.
In recent years, Marina Lyabikhova has settled in Dubai. Whether it’s a coincidence or not, Roman Lyabikhov also has real estate in the UAE. He owns an elite apartment with an area of 109 square meters in the elite residential complex Amwaj 4 on the seashore in the prestigious Jumeirah Beach Residence microdistrict. Marina Lyabikhova regularly takes photographs from a similar location. She herself, in general, does not particularly hide the fact that she permanently resides in Dubai.

A WhatsApp business account for Lyabikhova’s local phone number indicates that it is a “hotel.” In a short video where the deputy’s daughter talked about her studies in Switzerland, she shared her dream of opening a restaurant somewhere in Europe. In the coming years, she is unlikely to succeed due to sanctions against her father.
