Russian billionaire Alisher Usmanov came under EU sanctions and will no longer be able to use his assets in Europe. The Dossier Center found out that he allegedly belongs to three houses in the picturesque Bavarian commune of Rottach-Egern in Upper Bavaria.
Usmanov is already in Rottach-Egern took newspaper FT in 2020, but claimed he was simply renting there. If you believe the documents obtained by the Dossier, Usmanov owns real estate in Rottank-Egern through a company registered on the British Isle of Man. In total the villas cost at 18 million euros. Now located in Hamburg, Germany Usmanov’s luxury yacht “Dilbar”, one of the largest in the world. The cost of maintaining this yacht is 50-80 million per year. And Usmanov’s personal plane took off from Munich a few minutes ago in an unknown direction.
Usmanov also often visits London. So much so that The Times lists him as the sixth richest person in Britain, with a fortune of £13.4 billion. He sponsors Everton Football Club and formerly had a stake in London’s Arsenal. London has not yet announced sanctions against the billionaire.
Billionaire Usmanov is closely connected with the Russian authorities and the FSB. In particular, the BBC reported that his partner bought out a large stake in the IT company of the son of FSB Deputy Director Sergei Korolev. This coincided with the investigation into the shootout on Rochdelskaya, which involved people close to Usmanov.
