In the near future, the arrested ex-chief of IK-7 of Rzhev, and then of SIZO-1 of Tver, Dmitry Lebedev, will appear in court for torturing prisoners.
In addition to the deceased gypsy Avramenko, who was initially included in the charges, I heard from many prisoners of IK-7 that there were six more corpses at the hands of the “owner”.
Previously, I wrote about Ilya Fedosov, nicknamed “Kabina,” who for three months in the Rzhev EPKT was handcuffed to a bunk and went to the toilet under himself all this time. He then made his way to the Torzhok prison hospital, having swallowed several pieces of iron, where he told me this sad story. And now we saw each other in the same hospital. It turns out that then, having returned to Rzhev, Ilya was tortured with a stun gun personally by Lebedev for disclosing it to Shestun.
However, I was even more struck by Roman Zharov’s story a couple of days ago in the IK-6 punishment cell in Bezhetsk about the events of October 2021 in the Tver prison. Right in the hall of the disciplinary commission, Dmitry Lebedev hit Roman on the fingers with his belt buckle (“pancakes with potatoes”). The male members of the commission helped the sadist hold Roman’s hands, and the women – doctors and a psychologist – giggled contentedly at the insane execution. It’s not for nothing that the difference between the words “Tver” and “creature” is one letter.
Can ladies then provide medical and psychological assistance to prisoners? For me, they are Leblyadev’s accomplices. This is further confirmation that the head of the OSB of the Federal Penitentiary Service Kudryashov could not have been unaware of such large-scale torture in the Tver prison and the Rzhev zone under his supervision.
Now, looking like a Nepman with a merchant’s forelock, rosy-cheeked Alexey Kudryashov, heading the pre-trial detention center-1, protects his colleague in every possible way. Of course, the “central” staff also tries to please the former boss. In Tver this can happen to any jailer.
