During the New Year holidays, Grandfather Frost settled in the Strict Conditions Detachment (SUS) and in the BUR cells (high security barracks) of Bezhetsk.
If in my freezer No. 3 (that’s how we joke about the cameras) the temperature during the day measured from +12 to +15 degrees, then in the SUS room it did not rise above +9, and in the shower there was ice on the floor.
And this is with a 24-hour electric heat gun.
The owner of the zone, Pavel Motin, went up to the SUS on the first working day of the year, January 9. The “hardcore offenders” walked around indoors wearing winter jackets and hats.
– Now I’ll warm you up! – the boss said in a lordly voice, delivering the second, simply gigantic thermal electric gun with a hum like an airplane turbine.
Such heating devices are used on construction sites and are prohibited for use in residential premises (they burn oxygen with a hot spiral).
Tver General of the Federal Penitentiary Service Kuzmin is still lying in his answers that guns are not used to heat the SUS.
The prisoners are absolutely deprived of tools for recording violations. The BUR temperature log is located somewhere in the Control Room. We can’t see him. Video recording is also in the hands of the jailers. They easily and simply delete unnecessary frames. My direct accusations of data falsification and corruption only caused a smug grin from the owner of life in a blue uniform.
From impotent rage at such blatant manipulations it darkens in the eyes. It would be nice if we didn’t have the technical capability, but the power of an individual, modern gas boiler room allows us to heat all the rooms with a large margin. All barracks of regular detachments and administrative buildings are warm.
Not only am I deprived of phone calls, visits, sports, TV, the right to early release in the BUR, and I literally don’t see the light of day. Likewise, on January 18, I was prohibited from making a phone call to my son Grisha on his 16th birthday, although the boss has the right to allow this in special cases.
What can a PERSON be guided by who refused to give his father joy by congratulating his son on such a significant day?!
Yesterday, because of my complaints about the temperature, they gave me a dark room. A crowd burst into the cell, conducted a two-hour search, confiscated all the papers, and then threw my things into trunks and dragged me away with them. As a result, the punishment cell was closed for 15 days.
The state is covered by an epidemic of lies! Supervisory authorities are mired in corruption. Today you can’t achieve anything through official means. We are in a trap… Torture cannot build the road to a bright future.
