Akhmed Bilalov’s lawsuit was filed in the New York Court to Herman Gref and Sberbank (20-CIV-09153 GHW OTW). The plaintiff accuses Sberbank of realizing a politically motivated illegal raider scheme against him.

According to Bilalov, Sberbank, in the person of German Gref and his deputy security, Stanislav Kuznetsov, captured his resort facilities in the Krasnaya Polyana area. The lawsuit, which is in the public domain, contains a lot of interesting details about Bilalov’s poisoning with mercury, about his meetings with illegal representatives of Russian special services in the United States, scandalous financial and legal details, as well as personal characteristics of Dmitry Kozak, Mikhail Gutseriev, Kirill Androsov and others. The lawsuit is considered by the judge of the Southern District of New York Analisa Torres. The lawsuit, in particular, is based on the globally applied American law on organizations that are influenced by organized crime and corruption (RICO), therefore, regardless of the outcome of the consideration of the case, details that create serious risks for Sberbank and its customers can come up.

It is noteworthy that the plaintiff Bilalov himself asked the court to keep the trial secret, but he was refused this.
