Against the backdrop of the corruption scandal that flared up in St. Petersburg around the Axel car dealer, employees of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Vasileostrovsky district of St. Petersburg, risking their ranks, at any cost continue to turn a blind eye to the crimes committed by the co-owner of the company Alexey Bezobrazov and the group of people he leads.

The reasoning behind the refusal is astonishing.

In the decision to refuse to initiate a case, the police major indicated that on the eve of the company’s bankruptcy, more than 230,000,000 rubles were withdrawn from its accounts to companies owned personally by Bezobrazov, with subsequent cashing out of funds through individual entrepreneurs opened for relatives of the directors appointed by Bezobrazov.

So no less than 60 million went to the father of the general director of Axel Motors and Axel Motors North, Andrey Kuzmin; 36 million was cashed through the daughter of Igor Sedov, development director of Axel, etc. As they say, the set of 160, 201, 196 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is obvious to the management of the company.

However, despite this, the detective wrote in the refusal decision that he could not identify the directors of the companies owned by Bezobrazov, and during the month of the pre-investigation check, apart from interviewing the applicant, he did not have time to carry out any other verification activities.

According to the source, such open sabotage of work on the part of district investigators is on the instructions of the top officials of the city headquarters, who, apparently, are in a gratuitous friendship with Bezobrazov, which the latter, by the way, does not hide.

At the same time, as practice shows, the consequences of such hazing usually fall on the shoulders of ordinary department employees, instead of their shoulder straps.
