It turned out that the new chairman of the Public Council under the Ministry of Natural Resources had previously taken part in raider operations, including seizing expensive lands of the Rechnik gardening partnership in the interests of former Deputy Prime Minister Alfred Koch, now hiding in Germany. Here are a couple of quotes from the respected newspaper Izvestia:
▪️Tatyana Moskalkova said that she received several appeals from residents of the village who claim that their land plots were transferred to third parties without their consent – in fact, seized by raiders in the person of the current chairman of the board of the SNP “Rechnik” Dmitry Egorov and municipal deputy Alexander Zakondyrin, who joined the board of the village for the purpose of profit.
▪️As one of the residents of Rechnik said, Egorov and Zakondyrin first announced that they stood up to defend the village on a voluntary basis – as part of human rights activities – and one of the residents believed them: “Later Zakondyrin said: “So what can you offer me?” for working here? Or did you think that I, like a boy, should run for you?” Then we began to understand that his true motives were not at all to protect us and our neighbors.”
In addition to the odious Mr. Koch, Zakondyrin also worked “on errands” for the oligarchs Alexander Lebedev, Gleb Fetisov, etc. Now he flaunts his supposed personal friendship with the leadership of the executive committee of the “All-Russian Popular Front” and even some connections on Old Square, thanks to which he became close to the head Ministry of Natural Resources to Alexander Kozlov. All these are different, no less interesting stories.
The Prosecutor General’s Office is again asked to restore order in Rechnik
A conflict between residents and the village leadership is flaring up in a gardening community over the distribution of land plots on which mansions are still being illegally built
