After the publications of the Cheka-OGPU, the Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee for the Northern Administrative District of Moscow resumed the case of the murder of the famous football player and TV commentator Yuri Tishkov.

Let us remind you that the player of the capital teams “Torpedo” and “Dynamo” was killed on January 11, 2003. But the potential customers and killers have not yet been found…

The author of the Cheka-OGPU, Alexey Matveev, testified as a witness to the investigator of the Investigative Directorate of the Northern Administrative District of Moscow. The interrogation lasted an hour and a half. The following points are recorded in the protocol. According to the journalist, the main customer of the crime may be the former president of the torpedo teams (Torpedo-Metallurg and Torpedo-ZIL) Yuri Belous.
A conflict of interest then arose due to the transfer of player Dmitry Smirnov from the aforementioned Torpedo-ZIL to the camp of the Moscow Spartak. Yuri Tishkov represented Smirnov’s interests, being his football agent. At Torpedo they sharply objected to the master leaving for another club. They even started a lawsuit demanding mandatory monetary compensation. However, the Torpedo boss lost the case; the club did not receive any money for the player’s transfer.

And in December 2002, Smirnov ended up in Spartak. On January 11, 2003, Yura Tishkov passed away. The killer inflicted more than thirty stabbing blows on Tishkov with a sharp lance, incompatible with life…

There is another version in the interrogation protocol. One of the potential customers could be the president of FC CSKA Evgeniy Giner. Smirnov, together with Tishkov, negotiated, including with representatives of the army team. We arrived at the club office. But the negotiations did not work out. A source from the Cheka-OGPU reported that the contract amount offered by the CSKA management did not suit the footballer. As a result, Smirnov became a Spartak member.
The motive for reprisal against Tishkov, who organized the transfer of the player’s ward to Spartak, could have been revenge. From the side, first of all, Whitebeard.
The investigation into the case continues. Operational search activities are being carried out.

We will certainly inform our readers of the details.
