After the publication of the Cheka-OGPU about the conflict of the Kuban oligarch Oleg Makarevich and so on…

After the publication of the Cheka-OGPU about the conflict between the Kuban oligarch Oleg Makarevich and the chairman of the Oktyabrsky District Court of Krasnodar Bayrak G.F., information began to arrive that explains why the investigation should falsify evidence and fabricate a criminal case against the judge, if he has already been removed from office and deprived of immunity.

Last week, Makarevich again reminded of himself, only now in conjunction with a new character – Vitaly Novikov. Apparently, he has not given up hope of regaining his former positions in the region and plans to finally put the finishing touches on his project of a solid waste landfill right next to the walls of the Holy Spiritual Monastery.
Then the project stalled along with the resignations of the main pillars of Makarevich’s business – the chairman of the Kuban regional court, Alexander Chernov, and the “golden” judge Elena Khakhaleva, known throughout the country. It was they who provided him with favorable court decisions. With their help, Makarevich “closed” the entire regional judicial field – both arbitration and the court of general jurisdiction.

And now the persecuted oligarch finds himself a new friend, Novikov, who, at the age of 25, has already worked in the Krasnodar Regional Court and even been elected as a deputy of the City Duma of the Kuban capital. As the source said, many in the region explain such a rapid career rise by the fact that he is the illegitimate son of the ex-chairman of that same regional court, Alexander Chernov.
Getting not just someone from the outside, but a real member of the family of a former patron, as “your” person is a completely natural continuation of the established traditions of the Kuban Themis. Khakhalev herself is a direct relative of Chernov – his granddaughter Anastasia Ryazanskaya is married to Elena’s son Kirill Khakhalev. By the way, it was this fact (albeit formally) that became the official reason for Chernov’s resignation from the post of chairman of the regional court.

A source close to the region’s judiciary told interesting details about how G.F. Bayrak became involved in this whole scheme: “Court decisions in cases in which Makarevich’s business structures were a party were simply amazing. The situation with the Oktyabrsky Court changed towards tightening control over decisions made after 2015, when Bayrak G.F. became the chairman of the court.

However, the main conflict between Bayrak and Makarevich occurred when the businessman pushed through Judge Kazanskaya to terminate the criminal case against his wife. It’s no secret how much this decision cost Makarevich – 7 million rubles! Bayrak then did a lot to bring this into the public sphere and deprive Kazanskaya of her status. However, with the help of her friend Khakhaleva (and she, in turn, through Chernov), she ensured that the case was put on hold.”
