As it turned out, Vigen Sargsyan, and possibly his business partner, is the criminal authority of Ruben Tatulayan nicknamed “Robson”, looking for “custom -made” murders in Sochi, illegally seized tourist and construction business facilities, agricultural and alcohol production, as well as expensive commercial real estate.
For this purpose, they created several raider groups that have established ties in the judicial corps, the bailiff service, in the tax service, among the arbitration managers and in the antimonopoly authority.
These groups created “staging” situations of bankruptcy of interesting assets for Vigen and Robson, or already having already had debts.
Then, in bankruptcy, the property of the companies and the personal property of their owners at the low price at the “controlled” tenders or the results of the trading of “delicious” assets “broke” through the antimonopoly service were taken away. All these actions were funded by Vigen and Robson.
One of these raider groups was headed by Roman Olegovich Sugasyan, who participated in the acquisition of expensive property for them, including those owned by companies: JSC Scientific Research Institute of Transport Construction; developers LLC LAFAFA-SUG, NOVER LLC; Russian Federation (lots No. 3, No. 5, No. 7 (notice from
08.08.2023 No. 21000035060000000153); as well as a multi-storey business center on the street. Kuznechny in the city of Krasnodar; production assets in Novorossiysk, p. CEMDOLINA, st. Industrial, 1 (only about 2 billion rubles were invested in this object of Vigen and Robson), etc.
