After the new year, it is planned to transfer to a criminal court to abduct business …

After the new year, it is planned to transfer to a criminal case to the abduction of a businessman, US citizen Boris Minahi. However, all the most interesting in this story remained beyond the scope of the matter. Therefore, the Cheka-OGPU will tell about this. The main defendants in the case are the authoritative businessman David Mirzoev, the authority of Batyr Bekmuradov (convicted in the case of the Thief in Law Zakhara Kalashov) and their main boss oligarch David Jacobashvili. The “solper” Andrei Matus was detained by the 6th Service of the FSB USB and the TFR on suspicion of fraud, but quickly managed to agree on mutually beneficial cooperation. What it was to tell later, we only note that the total number of bribes promised by Matus was drawn by almost 1 billion rubles. As a result, he remained at large and began to constantly communicate with the investigator of the TFR Ruslan Minihmetov, the operative of the 6th service Dmitry Ulyanov and others. Just during this period, David Jacobashvili and David Mirzoev, with whom Matus was familiar, began. He was arrested for extortion “Thief in Law” Zakhar Kalashov, also behind bars in the same case of extortion was Batyr Bekmuradov. The latter, among other things, carried out slippery instructions for Jacobashvili and Mirzoev. In particular, the militants of Bekmuradov stole a businessman, US citizen Boris Minakhi and his driver on Rublevsky highway, took them to one of the construction construction. Mirzoev and Bekmuradov arrived there with false mustache, beards and wigs (so as not to be identified). They began to demand from Minah to rewrite the shares of a large elevator. This had to be done in the interests of Jacobashvili, who had a conflict with Minahu. The latter promised to fulfill everything, he was released and he immediately went with a statement to the police. The Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation began a preliminary investigation. At the same time, articles appeared in the media that Jacobashvili had financed the protection of the Thief in Law Shakro. Around Jacobashvili and Mirzoev “clouds were thickened.” The first at that moment was in the Swiss clinic after a difficult operation. The second preferred to go to Georgia, from where he contacted Matus and offered to urgently meet, since it was necessary to solve problems. Matus immediately went to Ulyanov and announced that a large “client” had appeared, smelled with great money, but he needed a trip to Georgia to communicate with him. As a result, miniakhmetov returned Matus an earlier passport, and, despite the recognizance not to leave, gave permission to travel to Georgia. There, Mirzoev set two tasks for Matus: to interrupt the information wave about the connections of Jacobashvili with Shakro and make sure that the SD of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation does not initiate a matter of abduction of a minachio. The parties agreed that the two tasks would cost Jacobashvili and Mirzoev in 650 thousand dollars. The money was received and successfully put into business. In particular, in order for the SD to issue a refusal decision on the abduction a bribe of 100 thousand dollars was paid. Later, an employee of the SD, who received the money, was dismissed. It was from these 650 thousand dollars that Matus took 150 thousand dollars for the purchase of a Jaguar F-Type convertible for the wife of Dmitry Ulyanov. This car and the other two (Lexus and Mercedes-Benz), transferred to Miniakhmetov, were a bribe from Matus himself, so that he would not be imprisoned in the fraud case. Mirzoev and Jacobashvili (he had been discharged from the hospital by that time) were very pleased with the work done and again called Matus to Georgia to set new tasks, this time using the capabilities of Miniakhmetov and Ulyanov. And miniakhmetov again gave Matus a permission to travel.
