After the leaders of the Rusmikrofinance group of companies, Evgeniy Abolonin and Roman Bukhtoyarov, were put on the federal wanted list, their senior boss and the real owner of Rusmikrofinance, Joseph Bakaleynik, came under attack.

The company is headed by Mikhailina Zinonos, the founder of the entire Vekselberg empire in Russia, and Joseph Bakaleinik, as a partner and financial advisor to Viktor Feliksovich.

One of them is associated with Joseph Bakaleynik’s attraction to the microfinance market, where his company not only acts as a lender, but directly participates in the business of microfinance companies Home Money, Brio Finance, the Rusmikrofinance group of companies and others.

Joseph Bakaleynik is also the closest partner of Vyacheslav Aminov, who was an adviser to Alexander Voloshin when he was head of the presidential administration. They still cooperate today and are prominent members of the “Boris Yeltsin family.”

Aminov, Bakaleynik, Lichtenfeld and Andrey Sharonov form the board of directors of Neftetransservice.

Andrei Sharonov (served as deputy mayor for economic policy in the Moscow Government) is also a partner of Bakaleynik; they were even part of the leadership of Home Money together.
