After the arrest of the head of the OBEP Department of Internal Affairs of the North-East Administrative District Basov, the FSB of the Russian Federation “hotly” began to dig into cases initiated by Basov and opened criminal case No. 11901450002000583, where the police of the Department of Internal Affairs of the North-Eastern Administrative District have clearly been participating for 4 years (the official investigation period) on the side of one side of a commercial dispute – on the side citizen Zhavoronkov, previously convicted of fraud. The second party, which is being pursued through criminal cases, is Yaroslav Dmitriev, who invented, patented and, having restored a factory in the Ivanovo region from ruins, was the only one who began producing electric lifts in Russia. As it turned out, the lift invented by Yaroslav Dmitriev can easily and cheaply be transformed into a platform for loading ammunition into bombers and fighters, or into a platform for raising suppressive equipment to combat enemy UAVs to the required height.
After the start of the SVO, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation realized that their aircraft were still being equipped by hand (long and dangerous), and they had not yet learned how to raise the “UAV jammer” to the required height, and through their research institutes they turned to Yaroslav Dmitriev with a request to modify his invention for the needs of the Russian Defense Ministry, since only China has analogues, which the United States prohibits from supplying such products to the Russian Federation. And here the employees of the FSB Directorate, Deputy Head of the Main Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Moscow Bogatyrev, Senior Operator of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Northern Administrative District Colonel Titov and his investigator Lieutenant Mayboroda joined in.
Realizing that the North-Eastern Administrative District Internal Affairs Directorate has been unable to see any fraud in the actions of Yaroslav Dmitriev for 4 years now, this group is organizing the initiation of a new frankly unviable criminal case No. 12201450009000768 in the North-East Administrative District Internal Affairs Directorate of Moscow about the discrepancy between the number on the plate of one of the thousand lifts and the number on its boom (according to analogies – the bumper does not match the car’s vin).
