After the arrest of the head of the Information Security Center (CIS) of the FSB of the Russian Federation, Sergei Mikhailov, and his subordinate and “right hand” Dmitry Dokuchaev, as well as the arrests at the request of the United States of hackers from their inner circle, an unusual picture emerged. Formally speaking, the CIB lost power and all the gigantic financial flows that were controlled through Dokuchaev. This is the gambling business on the Internet, the entire cybercrime market of Exploit forums, etc., the newly-minted crypto business, also built on the people of the CIB – the founder of BTCE Vinnik was a man of Webmoney – the oldest partner of the CIB. And these are billions. Moreover, all high-ranking patrons have turned their backs on the Center: Shchegolev, Lipov, Malofeev, Ashmanov, Kasperskaya and Group-ib. Close to the CIB remained the ANO “Coordination Center for the National Internet Domain” (in charge of distributing domains in the RU zone), the Russian Association of Electronic Communications (RAEC) and a whole group of experts on information security in banks, the leader among whom is Zoya Borovkova. She is Mikhailov’s protégé and, judging by the photo, Oksana Cherkesova’s (Dokuchaeva) closest friend. This is an employee of the CIB, ex-wife and faithful continuer of the affairs of Dmitry Dokuchaev. This group of people decided to take revenge and regain their greatness.
