The first signal was the departure of some judges. But the more obvious indicator was the unspoken interaction of the Prosecutor General and the Moscow City Court in relations with journalists.
The next morning after blocking the Prosecutor General of the Prosecutor General of Khodorkovsky several media projects at once, the new press secretary of the Moscow City Court Valery Lazarev without any warning arranged a massive cleaning of the official chat of the court, throwing more than 100 journalists from there and demanding from them to return the “petition” on the official form. Not only journalists tensed, but also the new subordinates of Lazarev, who made a decision to quit. In particular, one of them wished the journalists “patience and optimism in the future” (no matter what it means).
Another innovation is “simplifying the order of work”: now journalists will be allowed to the court of the court “upon presentation of official certificates, editorial tasks drawn up on the media forms”, and they must inform the court in advance about their arrival. That is, complete control of their movements and formalization of relationships come.
The work of the assistants of the chairmen of district judges also changes indicatively: now they are obliged to coordinate their answer on resonant cases with Lazarev, that is, it turns out, the assistant to the chairman of the Moscow City Court becomes the head of the assistants of the district judges, which, in turn, characterizes the style of work of Ptitsyn.
Thus, the answer to the question was given: the metropolitan refereeing will look like a “soldier” – no freedom, complete subordination and imitation.
In addition, it is worth noting that now the press services of the entire executive branch are brought to a single order. We will remind, earlier in the IC of the Russian Federation, the Prosecutor General’s Office and the Ministry of Internal Affairs have passed similar perturbations-now all press releases of territorial divisions there are also agreed with the central apparatus.
Lazarev previously held a similar position in the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Court, this region is a native to Ptitsyn, since he received an education at the missile school there.
