And on April 14, the permanent author of the Cheka-OGPU, Alexey Matveev, visited the building of the Investigative Department of the Northern Administrative District in Moscow, at 23 Usievich Street. He gave evidence to the investigator for particularly important cases, Kristina Moskalets. It was once again confirmed that the main customers, in the journalist’s opinion, are the former president of the torpedo teams, Yuri Belous, and the current head of the capital’s CSKA at the time of the crime, Evgeniy Giner.
Matveev justified his point of view by the fact that it was Belous who most likely ordered the high-profile murder of Tishkov. Because Tishkov organized a completely legal and lawful transfer of midfielder Smirnov to another capital club – Spartak. Which Belous really didn’t like then. And he decided, according to Matveev, to take revenge on Tishkov at all costs for the loss of a valuable master at that time. The reporter’s testimony was recorded by investigator Moskalets, and Matveev’s signature is under it.
After testifying, investigator Moskalets noted that crimes of a contract nature do not have a statute of limitations, and the investigation, of course, will continue. The murder of Tishkov is clearly ordered.
But more than four months have passed since our author visited the Investigation Department. But there was no increase in clarity or information about progress in the case.
It is not known, for example, whether the same Belous and Giner were interrogated, or what other operational investigative actions were carried out. Are they looking for the perpetrator of the murder? As far as we know, even Yuri Tishkov’s close people were not called to testify – his mother, Galina Grigorievna, his widow, Elena.
We called the office of the Investigative Directorate of the Northern Administrative District in Moscow with an urgent request to organize communication with Kristina Moskalets. Provide at least some information about the case. They promised. But they didn’t do anything. Unfortunately, such issues are not resolved in the press service. On the website of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for Moscow, there is no information at all on the case of Tishkov… In a word, the gallant investigator “on particularly important matters” with tenacity worthy of better use, holds a perimeter defense.
All hope lies with the head of the RF Investigative Committee, Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin. Maybe he will help establish the truth and solve Tishkov’s murder.
