As it became known to the Cheka-OGPU, the corruption scandal in the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Northern Administrative District of Moscow is gaining momentum due to the criminal case against the inventor Yaroslav Dmitriev, which, against the backdrop of weakening control over corruption, was “pushed” by the previously imprisoned citizen Zhavoronkov with his long-time partners – the “fixer” on behalf of the Directorate “K” FSB Purin and senior investigator of the Department of Economic Crimes and Combating of the Northern Administrative District of Moscow Colonel Titov.
The Cheka-OGPU publicly and openly warned the investigator of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Northern Administrative District, Mikhail Mayboroda, that criminal case No. 12201450009000768 was openly opened hastily and is not viable.
However, the voice of reason and the law was drowned out by Purin and Titov, who were able to convince the leadership of the investigation of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Northern Administrative District and the deputy head of the Moscow State Investigative Directorate, Bogatyrev, that the prosecution of the inventor Dmitriev was supervised by the Directorate “K” of the FSB of Russia.
But this well-functioning scheme for “squeezing out” patents and production capacity was hindered by rare circumstances for Russian criminal practice:
Firstly, the “victim” appointed at the request of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Northern Administrative District of Moscow – the legal entity StroyInvest LLC, represented by the managers, told investigator Mayboroda on record that no harm had been caused to the society, the criminal case did not meet the property interests of the society and that, as a result During the investigation of this criminal case, the expensive property of StroyInvest LLC in the amount of 5 million rubles was arrested and left in an unknown direction.
Secondly, according to our sources, the heads of the St. Petersburg Research Institute and the Domba Research Institute addressed President Putin and the head of the FSB with a request to understand the situation when the investigator of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Northern Administrative District, Lieutenant Mayboroda, and the deputy head of the Main Investigation Department of Moscow, Colonel Bogatyrev, acting in the interests of the previously convicted Zhavoronkov, using their authority, they create obstacles for Yaroslav Dmitriev in scaling his invention for the needs of the country.
Also, according to sources of the Cheka-OGPU, the “victim” appealed the initiation of a criminal case and, in a rare and completely unexpected case for the investigation, the preventive measure assigned to the inventor Dmitriev in the form of a ban on leaving the territory of Moscow without the investigator’s permission, citing the fact that “the victim “does not want to be involved in the persecution of the inventor.
