After checking the AP commission in the Ryazan region on the fact of “heroic acts” in the fire of the local vice-governor Igor Grekov, interesting paper was prepared in the administration. Among the “exploits” of Grekov and his head of Governor Nikolai Lyubimov, facts surfaced, after which the question arose about the professional acceptance of the vice-governor and even the possible initiation of a criminal case for “newly discovered circumstances”. It turned out that Igor Grekov really has a guessed criminal record. In 2001, the current vice was sentenced to 3 years, but received 2 years conditionally by the sentence. A person with such a criminal record has no right to occupy the position of vice-governor. How he could get this post, implying the admission of 2 forms to documents constituting a state secret, a question for Lyubimov. In relation to Grekov himself, information from Rostov came in parallel. In March of this year in Rostov, three militants were detained by the well -known in the region of the local organized crime group “Selmash”. As it became known, on the eve of one of them, a certain Pivovarov began to testify. The Rostov thread brought to Ryazan. It turned out that Mr. Pivovarov was married to a sister of a civil wife of another Ryazan vice-Vice-mayor Vladimir Burmistrov, a member of the Rostov team Grekova. Pivovarov and his accomplices Kovalenko, Osipov and others were used by Grekov as a power cover to knock out money from entrepreneurs of the region. They were noted in special feats in the construction sector. Who could not pay 10-20% of business kickbacks, were completely curled up or went to other regions.
