At the moment, the Moscow bailiffs have initiated enforcement proceedings against Kuner and Sergeev to compensate for damage to the State, but there is almost nothing to take from them, since both of them have all their assets registered in the name of close relatives and controlled persons. The injured party, recognized as the Federal Security Service (FSO), refused to challenge these circumstances in court.
