After a series of publications by the Cheka-OGPU about the head of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Internal Affairs Directorate for the North-Western Administrative District of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Moscow, Lyudmila Veryaeva, the head of the Department of Internal Affairs for the Pokrovskoe-Streshnevo district, Andreeva, lost her position and was dismissed on negative grounds, who, under the sensitive patronage of Veryaeva, organized an illegal organization with her migration in the area, which the Cheka-OGPU also wrote about earlier. But even after this, Veryaeva remains in office.
While in her position since 2017, Veryaeva completely ruined the work of the territorial departments of the Department of Internal Affairs, of which there are 8 in the district. The shortage in each department is more than 50%; in some departments there are 3-4-5 people working, with a staff of 13-15 people. People run away from her like from fire, not wanting to work under the leadership of such a “leader.” All experienced employees with 10+ years of service experience or more fled. And those who remain are working with all their might, on the verge of a nervous breakdown. For any reason, even without Veryaev, he orders official inspections; employees are hung with penalties like garlands. Veryaev simply gets rid of unwanted employees, and those who agree to become her puppet, for example, like the newly appointed deputy head of OVM SZAO Alexey Svintsov, are rapidly rising up the career ladder. Employees who work “every week” and have the rank of junior lieutenant, lieutenant, etc. are appointed as heads and deputies of regional departments of the OMV.
To all complaints and requests from employees to send at least some kind of help, Veryaeva replies that it’s hard for everyone now and needs to be patient.
According to the source, at the direction of Veryaeva, all construction sites, cafes and other organizations where foreigners work are subject to tribute. In private conversations, Lyudmila Aleksandrovna boasts about her high-ranking patrons from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, directly saying that she is not afraid of anyone or anything.
