Previously, the Cheka-OGPU wrote about his interests in the Magadan region. Chaika, with the assistance of his friend Denis Morozov and with the personal approval of the governor, became the owner of several dozen licenses for geological exploration work for copper.
Governor Nosov has already reported to Putin about his ambitious plans in the field of copper mining, and even announced the construction of a mining and processing plant. 
In reality, geological exploration is practically not carried out due to lack of funding.
Chaika owns JSC Regional Junior Geological Exploration Company. Work on the five licenses issued to this company should be completed in 2024.
But there is no investment. The company has a debt to the equipment supplier in the amount of 140 million rubles.
The supplier had to collect the debt through the court.
Chaika asked for an installment plan and guaranteed repayment.
In February 2023, a court settlement agreement was concluded with payment in installments for 4 months – from February to May.
As it turned out, Chaika’s promises were not worth trusting.
RUGK immediately after the approval of the settlement agreement violated it; there were no payments to repay the debt.
Now the supplier is forced to go to court again for forced collection.
