Igor Rufovich Tyamushkin, during his service in Directorate T, acquired a talented operator from the disbanded Directorate “N”, Evgeniy Pozharsky, who, under the supervision of the Federal Fisheries Agency, was able to appoint an assistant to the head of the Federal Fisheries Agency, Igor Bakulin, and built financial relations with the agency’s management.
