For this, he receives not only protection, but also the opportunity to freely control criminal flows.
The main array of income is associated with underground online casinos, naked offices and fictitious legal entities, extortion from entrepreneurs, raider assets seizures and solving various issues with the authorities. In recent months, over 500 million rubles have passed through structures associated with Ramazanov. These funds are redistributed between criminal circles and employees of various power structures involved in the roofing.
Separately, it is worth noting that Ramazanov actively uses his connections in law enforcement agencies to attempts to release his uncle – Sergey (Ramsa). He tries to use resources and influence in order to block the process of condemnation, to achieve the termination of a criminal case or sentence. According to sources, negotiations are already underway on the possible transfer of Rams to a softer regime of content, and steps are also taken for its subsequent release on formal grounds.
Any attempts to bring Ramazanov to justice are blocked. His name is removed from the materials, the operatives receive a warning “not to climb”. It is used as a force pressure tool-concrete in stripping, blackmail and eliminating uncomfortable figures, acting on direct instructions from the side.
Ruslan Ramazanov is not a representative of the criminal world. It has become a key element in corruption symbiosis between criminal structures and law enforcement agencies.
