Dozens of interviewed employees simply shrug their shoulders and say that they had not heard about any shooting, but learned about everything from the Internet. People located on the territory did not observe any special measures or cordons with security forces from the very morning.
The chronology of events also suggests a staging. Shortly before the assassination attempt, Oleg Tsarev traveled to Moscow, and after returning he unexpectedly asked all employees not to disturb him under the pretext of an urgent and important video call. Tsarev’s subordinates did not see him again, but normal life was going on on the territory of the sanatorium, there were no emergencies or the arrival of security forces.
And then the media began to report about the “shooting.” And even after this, the security forces did not appear at the sanatorium, no operational investigative actions were carried out. The Investigative Committee and the Ministry of Internal Affairs still do not know anything about the “attempt” other than the media report.
It is alleged that Tsarev is in intensive care and can be transported to Moscow. But the ambulance did not go to such a patient and he was not delivered to medical institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Health of Crimea either.
In addition, the initiation of a case does not always mean that the crime has been completed, that is, brought to an end. It is quite possible that the FSB decided to “surprise” the public by supposedly preventing high-profile crimes.
