They were discovered by Rosseti employees during a raid in the Odintsovo city district. However, according to the source, dissatisfaction with the official is caused by a much more resonant matter.
At the instigation of the regional Ministry of Agriculture in the Dmitrovsky district, Simon Rybushkin’s Bioekoprom company received land for reclamation. Instead of saving the environment, the company built a landfill for waste of hazard class 4. The complaints of local residents were never heard – Bioekoprom continued the garbage business. The office is also known from the Sakhalin scandal – Rybushkin and his accomplices organized an oil burial ground on the island near the place of residence of indigenous peoples. They decided to persecute the indigenous inhabitants of the Moscow region using the same scheme, in which, of course, the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow Region helped.
Yuri Umerenko is considered one of the initiators of the program to confiscate unclaimed lands and transfer them to the benefit of “those in need.” His wife Anastasia, deputy director of the Department of Land Reclamation, Land Policy and State Property of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, helps him in this. At one time, it was she who had the honor of presenting a bill on the extrajudicial seizure of “unnecessary” plots in favor of municipalities.
