According to the Cheka-OGPU, in the Krasnodar region, the former deputy head of the Internal Security Directorate of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Moscow Region, Evgeniy Pavlovich Bakharev, who was on the federal wanted list for a long time, was detained.
