According to our information, the noose around the former deputy governor and the eminence grise of the red Government of the Irkutsk region, Dmitry Chernyshov, is tightening. The arrest of the former Minister of Property Relations, Angarsk resident Vladislav Sukhoruchenko, seriously frightened Mr. Chernyshov, after which he decided to leave with his family for Thailand, and from there, apparently, to his home in the commune of Gemano in Italy. As you know, he purchased a luxurious house on the Adriatic coast in 2016. So far, the main complaint of the security forces is addressed to AZGI and Alexander Bitarov, who broke Chernyshov’s scheme to remove 80 hectares of land from the property of the Russian Federation. The executor of the scheme was to be a completely different developer – Viktor Ilyichev’s Vostsibstroy. His company prepared a comprehensive development project and a financial plan, which were presented personally to Governor Sergei Levchenko. In addition, according to various sources, Ilyichev transferred 30 million in cash to Chernyshov-Levchenko, and another 100 million through other structures went to buy out the publishing house SM-Number 1 and 40% of the shares of TC AIST. The intervention of Alexander Bitarov and his New City, who managed to solve the tasks set by the Ministry of Defense regarding shareholders, broke all Chernyshov-Ilyichev’s plans. The plot floated out of their hands. There is every reason to believe that today’s attack on Bitarov was initiated by his enemies. And there are quite a few of them. Among them, for example, are former governor Sergei Eroshchenko, former mayor of Irkutsk Dmitry Berdnikov and senior officials of the regional prosecutor’s office associated with him. Now the situation with the showdown in the Irkutsk region has reached the federal level. The stakes are too high on all sides.
