In 2019, a capital businessman, the owner of the developer Level Group and part-time ex-senator with dual citizenship of Russia and Israel, Vadim Moshkovich, had his eye on the plant.
The territory of the plant made it possible to obtain multibillion-dollar profits if an elite residential complex was built on it. The purchase of the plant was accompanied by Moshkovich’s fiery promises to support production and the plant workers, who had served for the benefit of the Motherland for several generations.
These promises were not destined to come true and in a short time the most valuable scientists were forced to resign due to the closure of production. Now MASHINOAPPARAT is simply being rented out as offices and is being prepared for complex development. The murky story of the buyout of a defense plant has attracted the interest of security forces and may soon turn into a criminal case.
The question arises, how do the bipatrid Moshkovichi freely take over and destroy defense enterprises, as well as control other strategic industries for the production of sugar, wheat and oil, and most importantly, how long will this continue?
