About 17 years ago, the state generously invested more than 25 billion rubles in the construction project of the Investgroup Hotel hotel and apartments, previously owned by businessman Abas Aliyev, on the Black Sea coast of the Krasnodar Territory. However, the businessman did not want to repay the loan or was unable to, and the hotel ended up in bankruptcy proceedings in 2019. In 2021, on a conceptual basis, MetropoL, in its own way, with the help of the current Rzhdashnik Plutnik, was leased to Klyachin and his group Azimuth. Currently, the procedure for the sale of the hotel complex Investgroup Hotel LLC has been approved for a more than modest amount for such an asset, 3 billion rubles. Taking into account the current serious problems of the businessman Klyachin, who was caught in the mess along with Khotin, Azimut and his MetropoL will soon vacate a number of Black Sea health resorts “RZhD” and a hotel in Gelendzhik for a new owner, who will be chosen by the state development corporation in the same private way as Klyachin .
