According to the source, the initial version of an accidental murder or suicide is nothing more than media speculation. Already during the examination of the body, two bullet holes were visible: one in the parietal region of the head (the first shot), the second on the chest in the area of the heart. According to the logic of stage director Grant Palagaev, in whose house the murder took place, after the shooting, the opponent with a hole in his head was supposed to stand in the middle of the room, take the pistol in his right hand and shoot himself in the heart, only after that collapse to the floor.
However, film producer Grant Palagaev should not be underestimated. Just look at the people he has surrounded himself with lately. In addition to attempts to reach a solution from the Dagestan diaspora of a certain Kamil Mambetov, who, apparently, was assigned the role of trying to come to an agreement with Gamzaev, one of his closest companions, judging by the movements of Palagaev’s car (he was formerly Palagashvili), was Nikolai Karpukhin, the head of the Debtor Assistance Center, which helps everyone resolve debt problems. Most likely, it was not by chance that Palagaev needed help, and what common affairs he had with the boss of the bookmaker’s office seems more than obvious. That is why investigators were so interested in the technology at the scene: laptops, tablets and phones that were near the victim and the shooter at the time of the “conversation” were seized.
The most interesting thing is that the cottage where the former Dagestan politician was killed was put up for sale some time ago for 55 million rubles. Judging by the photographs, the interiors are indeed rich. Particularly impressive is the huge hall with the red Persian carpet, where Gamzaev’s body was found.
