“Accidents are not accidental.” Continuing the story from the Primorsky Territory, where the well-known businessman Anton Semikin has been in custody for more than a year for committing tax crimes.

Coincidentally or not, immediately after the text about what was happening with Semikin was published on our channel, the entrepreneur was transferred to another city and placed in a special unit of a pre-trial detention center with stricter conditions of detention.

Further, literally a few days later, articles on tax crimes and the mysterious Art. 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which we wrote about earlier. But that’s not all. Art. appeared in the case. 171 (“illegal entrepreneurship”), which was never discussed at all, and no investigation was carried out.

Now about the quality of investigative measures. The investigator of the fourth department for the investigation of particularly important cases of the Investigative Committee of Russia, A.P. Buldygerov, apparently turned a blind eye to the existence of the Resolution of the Plenum of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation “On forensic examination in criminal cases” and conducted a forensic accounting examination with a private accountant (!), who took courses advanced training in accounting (!!).

The defense was not given the opportunity to pose its own questions to the experts, as required by law. Anton Semikin and his lawyer were simply familiarized with the decision to order the examination and with the ready-made conclusion. Immediately after, a new charge was brought. And on the same date the investigative actions were stopped. There is no logical explanation for this.

The businessman is still in custody.
