🤦♂Predictably, the Investigative Committee tried to pin everything on the excavator operator, so my colleagues had to slow down a little, because the purpose of criminal proceedings is, among other things, to protect the individual from unfounded accusations, as Article 6 of the Code of Criminal Procedure states.
So, when I delved into the details, it turned out that the cable was not laid at all according to GOST and the excavator operator did not violate anything while doing his job. But that official from Mosenergosbyt, who several years earlier took over the work on laying that cable, most likely collected a whole bouquet:

🔥And the investigation even agreed with me, but Mosenergosbyt didn’t touch it because it was “no good.” Therefore, I am deeply convinced that in yesterday’s tragedy the switchmen from “Vremena Goda” will not be appointed, but MOEK will easily avoid responsibility.
