A verdict was passed in a criminal case of hooliganism in the Moscow metro, which the Cheka-OGPU spoke about in detail

The evidence collected by the investigative department for investigating crimes in the metro, especially sensitive facilities and in the environmental sphere of the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the city of Moscow was recognized by the court as sufficient to pass a verdict against Arsen Salikhov, Alaa Shahin and Ali Isaev. They were found guilty of committing a crime under Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism committed by a group of persons).

The investigation and the court established that on the evening of October 12, 2021, in the carriage of an electric train traveling from the Volgogradsky Prospekt station to the Tekstilshchiki station on the Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya line of the Moscow Metro, the defendants showed aggression towards a woman. Other passengers stood up for the passenger. During the conflict that began, the defendants, expressing clear disrespect for society, used violence and made threats to use it against surrounding citizens in the electric train carriage, which, given the overcrowded carriage, had an increased public danger.
