This is exactly what happens with one of the defendants in the case of theft during the construction of the presidential residence “Novo-Ogarevo” – Stanislav Küner. In previous publications on the VChK-OGPU channel they talked about the situation with Stanislav Kuehner’s residential real estate, now it’s time to continue the story.
Kuehner, having been under conditional house arrest since September 2018, and walking free on bail since September 2019, decided to take out the hidden money and invest it in something to protect his savings from inflation, namely, to buy expensive commercial real estate. His attention was attracted by part of a building in a good area of Moscow on Salvador Allende Street, no. 7. Previously, this premises, or rather part of the building, belonged to the bankrupt bank “Russian Credit” of the runaway banker Anatoly Motylev. Part of the building with an area of 930.3 sq.m. with cadastral number 77:09:0005002: 10348 and an initial cost of more than 100 million rubles was put up for auction at the Russian Auction House (there you can still find a description of this premises with a photo), where 31 November 2019 Kühner bought it. But since it would be imprudent to register for himself and his wife, designer Natalia Kuner (nee Vlasenko), Stanivlav Kuner on November 18, 2019 registered the company Technoflot LLC (TIN 7838446565) for his wife’s parents, modest St. Petersburg pensioners: his father-in-law – Vlasenko Sergei Gennadievich, where the mother-in-law, Svetlana Anatolyevna Vlasenko, becomes the general director. The purchased part of the building was registered in the name of this legal entity. The main activity (OKVED) of Technoflot LLC is: rental and management of its own real estate.
According to information from open sources, fixed assets of Technoflot LLC for 2020 amount to 246,310,000 million rubles with property tax of 389,840 thousand rubles. These figures indicate that Technoflot also has other expensive assets. Judging by the Instagram of Natalia Kuehner, a girl with a legend about wealthy parents and higher education abroad, the luxurious premises house companies that opened not so long ago. In this situation, questions arise for the FSO of the Russian Federation, which are the injured party, and who are entrusted with collecting money from Kuehner, thereby compensating the damage to the State, but doing nothing for this.
