A source from the Cheka-OGPU told how Ramzan Kadyrov’s illness developed. It began when Kadyrov was hospitalized in Moscow with COVID in May 2020. Already during treatment, he had to undergo hemodialysis, since the disease “hit” his kidneys. After discharge, Kadyrov developed shortness of breath and continued to have kidney problems. The Minister of Health of Chechnya, Elkhan Suleymanov, who served as the attending physician of the Kadyrov family, struggled with these post-Covid consequences for two years with varying success, and in 2022 began giving injections to Kadyrov. However, after this, Kadyrov’s condition worsened sharply. It happened quickly. Suleymanov himself, during consultations with colleagues from Moscow and Germany, associated the incidents with individual intolerance to the drug. Colleagues were not sure about this and believed that the deterioration in health may not be related to the injections. In turn, a group of people surrounded by Kadyrov actively “promoted” the version of poisoning. It is known that in this unpleasant situation, Ramzan Kadyrov’s mother asked for Suleymanov’s son, whom Suleymanov “raised to her feet” during a serious illness.
It is also currently known that in October 2022, all of Suleymanov’s friends received identical messages by phone or on social networks, something like: “I am leaving with my family for Baku, please do not disturb.”

The Cheka-OGPU communicated with a dozen of Suleymanov’s friends and no one has seen or heard from him since then – he did not respond to all messages. After the publications of the Cheka-OGPU about the disappearance of Suleymanov, an attempt was made to publish archival footage of him on social networks and pass them off as fresh. Friends rushed to write to “Suleymanov” on social networks, but quickly realized that another person was answering them, posing as Elkhan. Then an employee of the Sputnik agency (RIA Novosti) published a “screen” of an interview with Suleymanov (later an identical screen with “Kadyrov’s interview” appeared). The “video interview” itself was never shown; a “test version” was published, clearly written by Kadyrov’s press service. Instead of a video interview, they later showed a specially filmed video with Suleymanov, where he, looking around, from a certain room, said that everything was fine with him. Suleymanov never got in touch with his friends, his whereabouts are still unknown.
